Global Talent & Leadership Development Manager (f/m/d)
- Talent Management: Own and continuously improve the annual global talent cycle, including talent reviews, performance management, calibration and succession planning across multiple Business Units.
- Frameworks: Design, implement and evolve within the Freudenberg talent management community global talent and performance processes, standards and tools that enable consistent talent decisions worldwide.
- Leadership Development: Shape global leadership development initiatives by creating concepts, learning journeys and development programs aligned with business needs.
- Business Partnering: Act as the subject matter expert for HR Business Partners, providing guidance, training and best practices on talent assessment, performance management and succession planning.
- Executive Collaboration: Prepare and facilitate global talent conferences, support Board-level discussions and provide meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
- Concept Development: Create engaging learning concepts, workshops and leadership content tailored to different target groups and organizational priorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities and further develop the global talent landscape, leveraging tools such as Workday where appropriate.
- Experience: Several years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management or Organizational Development within an international organization.
- Expertise: Hands-on experience managing global talent review cycles, performance processes, succession planning and calibration meetings is essential.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidence working with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, balancing a consultative approach with the ability to influence and challenge when needed.
- Conceptual Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable talent frameworks, assessment approaches and development initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences across cultures and organizational levels.
- Systems: Experience with Workday Talent & Performance or comparable HR systems is an advantage.
- Languages: Fluent English is essential; German or another additional language is considered a plus.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis to support global programs and stakeholder collaboration.
